Terms and Conditions

Article 1: Payment Terms
  • Grefth shall make payments to vendors every Tuesday for orders that have been successfully delivered.
  • Payments shall be made within 3-5 business days after the successful delivery of orders.
Article 2: Damage and Refund Policy
  • In cases where Grefth is solely responsible for damage to items, vendors shall be refunded 50% of the cost of the damaged items.
  • Vendors must provide proof of damage and report the incident to Grefth within 3 business days.
Article 3: Delivery and Returns
  • Vendors are responsible for picking up their items in cases of failed delivery or returns.
  • Vendors shall ensure that all items are properly packaged and labeled before shipping.
Article 4: Shipping and Order Fulfillment
  • Vendors have a minimum of 3 business days to ship their orders. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of the order.
  • Vendors must ensure that all orders are properly packaged and shipped from the designated vendor hub.
Article 5: Prohibited Items
  • Fraudulent or fake items are strictly prohibited from the platform.
  • Vendors found selling counterfeit or unauthorized brand items shall be removed from the platform.
Article 6: General Provisions
  • These Terms and Conditions shall govern the relationship between Grefth and vendors.
  • Grefth reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Vendors shall be notified of any changes to these Terms and Conditions.
Article 7: Dispute Resolution
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration.
  • The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Grefth is incorporated.

By using the Grefth e-commerce platform, vendors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
